Terms of use
Phi Phi Tours is a booking site for island trips, boats and tickets. A booking is confirmed when the operator accepts it and any payment or deposit stated on the program has been received.
Travelers must give a correct name, phone number and travel date, and meet the operator at the stated time. National park fees, pier fees and fuel surcharges may be charged separately.
Cancellations and refunds follow the policy of the program you book. If weather or an official order stops the departure, the operator will offer a new date or a refund under that program's policy.
